Voucher and Bundle FAQs

☣"If I commissioned you previously am I eligible to get a voucher?"-YES of course! If you have commissioned me within the 6 months and DIDN'T get or accept a voucher, your previous commissions can count towards voucher marks! This also applies to other things that you paid for, like YCH's and adopts.☣"Can I ask for a voucher without commissioning you?"-Yes you may, however no marks will be added until you've made a purchase from me!☣"Can I have multiple vouchers?"-No, only one voucher per person!☣"What name goes on the voucher?"-The screen name of the account that paid for the commission. That name will be listed down and sorted by what website you contacted me on.☣"What happens if I change my name?"-You can contact me to request changing your name on the voucher, however it would be easiest to notify me before you do such.☣"What all counts towards voucher marks?"-Anything that is purchased from me. (commissions, YCH's, adopts, etc.)☣"Does trading things like art and characters to you count?"-No, only currency payments count towards voucher marks.-Discount FAQs!-☣"Are commissions the only thing I can use the discounts on?"-Nope! you can use your voucher discounts on anything from me EXCEPT ADOPTABLES.☣"If I win an auction, can I use a discount on it?"-Yes, YCH or illustration auctions can have discounts used on them.☣"Can I save up and combine both discounts?"-No, all discounts must be used individually.☣"Do I have to immediately use my voucher discounts?"-No, It's up to you when you would like to use them.☣"What happens if i decide to hold onto them?"-If you keep commissioning me your voucher will continue to be marked until you've obtained the 30% discount. After that you wont be able to gain anymore til they are used, and your voucher will NOT reset.☣"Do voucher discounts count towards progression?"-No, you need to purchase three things from me to obtain them. once you obtain them, you can use them on the NEXT commission; The next commission will not count towards your next voucher milestone.
