☣"If I commissioned you previously am I eligible to get a voucher?"-YES of course! If you have commissioned me within the past year and DIDN'T get or accept a voucher, your previous commissions can count towards voucher marks! This also applies to other things that you paid for, like YCH's and adopts not just commissions!☣"Can I ask for a voucher without commissioning you?"-Yes you may, however you no marks will be added until you've made a purchase from me!☣"Can I put my friends name on the voucher instead of my own?"-For now no, only one voucher per person.☣"what does a bundle look like when put on a voucher?"-While TECHNICALLY it is a singular purchase, bundles are likely going to be pricier! So if the bundle has 3 or more illustrations included then it counts as 3 or more checks on a voucher!☣"Do I have to use my real name on the voucher?"-Nope you do not, you can use any alias you want, ideally your main screen name. just as long as you have some way of keeping track of it in case you decide to change your name.☣"What happens if I lose track of the voucher?"-You don't have to worry about keeping track of your commissions, anytime you commission me I will mark the voucher for you and you can replace your previous images of it.☣"Can I put up a progressed voucher up for trade or sale?"-For simplicity sake, no, You cannot EXCHANGE it for anything.☣"Can I give away my discounted commissions?"-Yes, you can but it will not count towards the other persons voucher.☣"What all counts towards voucher marks?"-Anything that is purchased from me. (commissions, YCH's, adopts, etc.)☣"Does trading things like art and characters to you count?"-No, only currency payments count towards voucher marks.☣"Are commissions the only thing I can use the discounts on?"-Nope! you can use your voucher discounts on anything from me EXCEPT BUNDLES and ADOPTABLES. However you can use them on custom commissions!☣"Does the voucher expire?"-No, however they're not protected from TOS or commission updates.☣"Do I have to get high priced things for marks to be added?"-Nope, you can get 6 head-shot sketches and it would count.☣"Do I have to immediately use my voucher discounts?"-Not particularly, If you want to hang onto them and continue commissioning me at a regular price that's fine. however as of right now I only give out one voucher at a time.☣"Do voucher discounts count towards progression?"-No, you need to purchase three things from me to obtain them. once you obtain them, you can use them on the NEXT commission; The next commission will not count towards your next voucher milestone.☣"What happens if i decide to hold onto them?"-If you keep commissioning me your voucher will continue to be marked until you've obtained the 30% discount. After that you wont be able to gain anymore til they are used.☣"Do I have to accept a voucher?"-No you don't! if you don't want keep up with it then you don't have to present it to me if you've had it previously, or if you are new!Anytime I am commissioned I will ask for your voucher! If you do not have one I will offer it and mark it accordingly. You do not need to feel obligated to present one to me if you are a reoccurring customer, they are simply there to give some rewards to regular clients! There are more reward plans that will come later down the line.
